A Novelty with high Potential: Ultrasonic Cleaning Technology with DUAL-Frequency
The KKS DUAL ultrasonic transducers and the DUAL generators can work with their full power either with 27 kHZ or 80 kHz.
This gives you the possibility to expose your parts in the same cleaning chamber simultaneously to the harmonized ultrasonic frequencies of 27 kHz and 80 kHz. Thanks to this technology the goods are exposed to a very high density of ultrasonic waves which does guarantee cleaning results which have not been possible so far also on parts with difficult and delicate design elements such as dead-end holes or grooves.
The advantages of the DUAL- or Mixed Frequency-Technology in Ultrasonic-Cleaning-Technology:
Frequency of 27 kHz
- is the first step of cleaning
- produces relatively big cavitation-bubbles with a relatively high implosion-energy
